How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of placing an order. 

Can I cancel an order before it ships?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel any order that has not yet shipped.

What is your return policy?
All product returns must be received by us within 10 days after the product shipment date. All returned products should be sent back to us in their original condition (e.g., not used, damaged, or altered) and include the original invoice with your order number. Please send returns to:

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently sell or ship internationally.

Do you have a retail store?
Yes! We are located at 480 New Holland Ave., Suite 7103 Lancaster, PA 17602. 

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at our Cork Collection store (480 New Holland Ave., Suite 7103 Lancaster PA 17602) Wednesday - Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. or Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
